Do I need to be fit to start training at REFORM?
Not at all. Our sessions are scalable to every level — whether you’re new to training or have years of experience. We meet you where you are and help you grow.
Can I try a session before signing up?
Yes — your first trial session is completely free. Come experience the atmosphere, meet the team, and train with the community.
What kind of training do you offer?
We focus on functional strength and conditioning, with programming inspired by CrossFit and HYROX formats. Every session combines technique, power, endurance, and energy.
How many sessions per week should I attend?
We recommend 3–5 sessions a week depending on your goals and recovery. Our coaches are happy to guide you based on your training level and schedule.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Just workout gear, a bottle of water, and a great attitude. We’ve got the equipment, coaching, and community ready.
